Looking After The Planet: We know that our business has an impact on the planet but we also know there are always things we can do to limit that impact. From working closely with every one of our suppliers to minimise waste where possible, to using organic cotton in our garments and ensuring we have a sustainability roadmap in place for any future product launches. It’s a constant work in progress but one that we’re committed to.

Meanwhile, our work with Goods For Good also ensures we’re working to look after others as well as our own by clothing a child in need every time a gift is purchased at My 1st Years.

Looking After Our People: To make the best products, we know we need the best people and that we have to look after them. There are a number of ways we strive to do this from perks such as staff sample sales, that also help to minimise waste, to ensuring an ethical working environment from our HQ right through to every part of our supply chain.
